Night 1 : Hanoi – Night train to Lao Cai
09:00 P.M Pick up at the lobby of the hotel in Hanoi transfer to Hanoi Railways Station for the night train to Lao Cai.
Accommodation: 4 berth soft sleeper train cabin.
Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B, L, D)
6h30 am, Picked up at Lao Cai Station upon your early arrival for over an hour drive uphill in a shared mini van to Sapa. After freshen up and Breakfast in a local restaurant you will have free time enjoy a free walk around this charming town, paying visit to Sapa market and the old cathedral where you can meet a lot of local ethnic minority peoples such as Black H’mong and Red Zao wearing their traditional colorful dresses selling their farming and gathering products and handicrafts for souvenir. Back to our Sapa office at about 9 am and begin your exploration trip to Muong Hoa valley. You will follow the main road heading south for about an hour before turning right to a foot path down hill to Muong Hoa Valley. This part offers spectacular scenery of the highest part of Hoang Lien Son mountain range and in a nice day, Fansipan Peak can be seen. Crossing the river by a suspension bridge you will challenge your feet uphill to Y Linh Ho village. Here you will pay visiting to some H’mong families, watching them doing their daily works. After picnic Lunch, the trail continues up and down hill for about 2 hours as you reach to Lao Chai, a large village of the H’mong and then following the river bank to Ta Van of the Zay people. Paying visiting to local homes, village schools… you will enjoy much your cultural discovery of local ethnic peoples as well as breathtaking scenery of the Muong Hoa Valley. Settle down in Ta Van village for an overnight homestay.

Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Supan – Ban Ho (B, L, D)
8h00 : Breakfast at home stay.
9h00 : Trek through bamboo forests to Giang Ta Chai waterfall, bridge and village inhabited by Red Zao minorities for a short break to enjoy stunning view surrounding.
12h00: Keep trekking into the village of Red Zao minority.
13h00: Continue trekking to Supan of Black H’mong people.
14h00: Break for lunch.
14h30: Continue trekking down to Ban Ho village with Tay tribes living on stilt houses in the bottom of the valley where we will stay overnight.

Accommodation: Homestay in Ban Ho Village
Day 3: Ban Ho – Nam Toong – Sapa (B, L, D)
8h00: Breakfast at home stay. Explore their village, a beautifull waterfall, hot spring.
9h30: Begin trek to the remote village called Nam Toong, inhabited by Red Zao tribe, enjoy spectacular view surrounding.
12h00: Return to Ban Ho for lunch.
12h30: Keep trekking up hill to Ban Den village for bus pick up and transfer to Sapa.
14h00: Free time in Sapa for shower and dinner.
5:30 pm – Bus transfer back to Lao Cai train station for the night train back to Ha Noi.
Night 4: Lao Cai – Ha Noi
5:00 am – Arrive at Tran Quy Cap station (Hanoi). Our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.
